Full-Time Employees:
Full-time employees are required to work 8–9 hours per day, as per the company’s schedule and requirements.
Office Timings:
Employees are required to adhere to the official working hours from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, which includes a one-hour break.
Late Coming Policy:
A grace period of 15–30 minutes is allowed. However:
– Three late arrivals will be considered equivalent to one full-day deduction.
– Repeated late arrivals may result in disciplinary action, including warnings.
Break Time:
Employees are entitled to a lunch break of 30–60 minutes. Short tea breaks are allowed, provided they do not affect productivity or workflow.
Attendance System:
Attendance is recorded through a manual system. Employees must ensure daily check-in and check-out. Proxy attendance is strictly prohibited and may lead to disciplinary action.
Annual Leaves:
Employees are entitled to 10 annual leaves per year. Leaves must be applied for in advance and approved by the reporting manager.
Sick Leaves:
Employees are allowed 10 sick leaves per year. Medical proof may be required for extended or frequent sick leaves.
Casual Leaves:
Employees are entitled to 5 casual leaves per year for personal matters. These should be requested in advance wherever possible.
Public Holidays:
Employees will observe government-declared or company-approved public holidays.
Leave Approval Process:
All leaves require prior approval from the manager. In case of emergencies, employees must inform management as soon as possible. Leaves taken without approval will be considered unpaid.
Professional Behavior:
Employees are expected to complete their tasks on time and maintain high standards of performance. Team collaboration and a positive attitude are essential. Employees must uphold and protect the company’s reputation at all times.
Dress Code:
Employees should maintain a neat and professional appearance. Smart casual attire is permitted, provided it is appropriate for a professional environment.
